Most beautiful places to smoke in Amsterdam

If you’re in the mood to explore Amsterdam and enjoy some weed, visit a coffee shop, roll a joint, and choose one of the most beautiful and pleasant spots in the city to indulge. Here’s a list of what we consider to be some of the most stunning places to smoke weed in Amsterdam.

##

Vondelpark

Often referred to as the Central Park of Amsterdam, it’s a place where you can relax on the grass or benches while overlooking ponds and watching people pass by.

Amsterdamse Bos (Amsterdam Forest)

A vast forest just outside of Amsterdam, easily accessible by public transport. You can spend a whole day here and don’t forget to bring a picnic!

Nieuwmarkt

A beautiful, historic market square with numerous cozy terraces. Please note that smoking on the terraces may not be allowed, but you can still enjoy your high in the area.

Canals

Most of Amsterdam’s canals are lovely to sit by, with your feet dangling above the water. Consider checking out the Brouwersgracht, a quieter spot in the Jordaan neighborhood.

Museumplein (Museum Square)

This vast grassy area is perfect for lounging and offers a view of the stunning Rijksmuseum. We also highly recommend visiting the museum itself!

Het IJ

Behind Central Station lies a wide river. Our advice: take the ferry and stroll along the waterfront. You’ll undoubtedly discover delightful spots to hang out by the water.

Plantagebuurt (Plantation Neighborhood)

The Plantagebuurt used to be Amsterdam’s Jewish neighborhood. Here, you’ll find a park, cozy cafes, terraces, a botanical garden, and Artis, Amsterdam’s only zoo. There’s plenty to do in this area!

Enjoy your time in Amsterdam!
